Since I’m not fully recovered from my cold yet, this EFIT-day didn’t start until the early morning hours…
Well that’s it for today folk’s! Now it’s sushi and movie time for us.

I have unfortunately missed the last couple of Tuesday themes but today I remembered just in time, or well at least with a few hours to spare 
The theme today is “unhealthy” and since I’ve just restocked the fridge with healthy stuff there were a slight problem… however then I remembered the sweets I got from my very good friend Svea, I thought these were too cute, and unhealthy, to eat so now they are decorating my Marimekko bowl. “Okay, campers, rise and shine, and don’t forget your booties ’cause it’s cooooold out there today.” Well maybe it’s not cold outside (yet) but it is however time for another EFIT-day. Today it’s laundry day at the IKI household, and then of course there is the big finale of Project Runway tonight *hooray*. So are you ready for an extremely fun day *being somewhat ironic* ? Here i comes…
Well that’s all for me today, now I’m just going relax and watch Project Runway

This weekend I was a little creative in the kitchen and this is the result. Extremely yummy according to Mr M and the most colorful and beautiful potato salad I have ever made. I recommend that you give it a try

I want to live in a modern, minimalistic home filled with gorgeous designer furniture… but that’s still a dream so far.
So in the mean time I have started another blog, a design blog.
The new blog will not replace this one but rather expand on another hobby of mine.

One suppose to have one of life’s major crisis before turning 30. Mine didn’t appear, so I decided to have it today instead…
The whole thing was over on less then thirty minutes and included a whole lot of giggling and goofing off by me and Mr M while we conducted a “Britney” on me and I painted my nails black. So now at least that’s taken care of!
Today I tried a new recipe for dinner. I made Mexican lasagna, a recipe by Pastor Ryan that is published on one of my favorite food blogs The Pioneer Woman Cooks. My husband M gave the dish five out of five and I can only agree. We ate this lovely lasagna with some sour cream which I added some garlic to, a fresh salad and ice water to drink (since M have to work today). I think that this dish can easily be served at a casual party with some Corona Extra and be a huge success. So If you like Mexican food, try this lasagna! You will not regret it!!!
